VAL LANGE, RCC

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Expressive Arts Therapist, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Wholistic Bodyworker, and Aerial Yoga Teacher.

I offer a grounded, embodied container to support you to slow down, turn inwards, and tend to what is alive and present with curiosity and compassion.

I offer Somatic and Arts-Based Counselling online and in person. I work with both kids and adults. Wholistic bodywork is offered from my home studio on Cortes Island, and in the comfort of your own home through mobile massage.
