Aerial Yoga is a suspended yoga practice. A little bit yoga asana, a little bit dance, a little bit circus arts - Aerial Yoga offers full body lengthening, spinal tractioning and embodied creative play. It is wonderful for the nervous system, for stress relief and for myofascial unwinding of the whole body. ​​​​​​​​

I offer trauma-sensitive classes and workshops that stay within your window of tolerance, prioritizing a calm nervous system. As a former performer who carried trauma in my body, I know first hand the desire to want to fly, and the doubt, vulnerability, and fear that can arise in the process. I prioritize breath, sensation, and what feels nourishing, freeing and releasing over attaining the ideal or 'right' posture. I will work with your body, your level, your pace, your breath. We will learn aerial technique, poses and tricks, then release them, finding our own flow in the sky! ​​​

Online Yoga: Thursday Mornings from 8am - 9am PST

I offer online yoga every Thursday morning. These classes are a mixture of breath awareness, slow vinyasa flow, hatha, ashtanga, and core integration.
