Somatic and Arts-Based 
Registered Clinical Couselling

 

​I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and somatic- and arts-based therapist. I have an M.A. in Expressive Arts Therapy and Psychology, and additional training in Hakomi Method, focusing-based therapy and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. 

Counselling sessions are a woven tapestry of embodied felt sense awareness, creative exploration, parts work, attachment psychotherapy, internal family systems, and family constellations.

I work with kids, teens and adults. Sessions are covered through RCC extended health coverage.
