Registered Clinical Counselling

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) specializing in somatic and arts based psychotherapy. I have a trauma-sensitive lens and offer an integration of expressive arts therapy, relational therapy, somatic therapy, hakomi method, family constellation and internal family systems. I will support you in turning towards your body with kindness, compassion and curiosity to discover the messages held within. I love working with clients who are in the midst of big life transitions; clients who are wanting to connect to their creativity and creative fire; and clients who are wanting to reestablish a new relationship with their body where they can feel safe, integrated and connected.

 

I spent 5 years working with marginalized populations and survivors of abuse and intimate partner violence in non-profit and anti-violence agencies in Vancouver and Victoria, BC. I support LGBTQ2S+ communities and work with both kids and adults.​​
