Welcome! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and somatic- and arts-based therapist. I have an M.A. in Expressive Arts Therapy and Psychology, and additional training in Hakomi Method, focusing-based therapy and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

Counselling sessions are a woven tapestry of embodied felt sense awareness, creative exploration, parts work, attachment psychotherapy, internal family systems, and family constellations.

Somatic and Arts-Based counselling is a trauma-sensitive attunment to your physical body and creative spirit. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹We will work in a multi-modal approach where you can experience many varied art forms in a single session. An event, stuck problem or difficult experience can be processed through the body with a gesture or movement, which can turn into a visual art creation, story or poem. By staying with the body and the act of creation, and seamlessly transitioning between many art forms, you will engage different senses, and ignight new neural networks. Allowing you to naturally integrate the past and become receptive to insights and ideas that will support your future.

I work with kids, teens and adults. Sessions are covered through RCC extended health coverage.

Please check your provider for details.
